Since Borderlands 2 initially released back in 2012, we have gotten a’Pre-Sequel’, a Handsome Series (a compilation for the present generation of consoles), Borderlands two VR, in addition to a Telltale matches spin-off – Tales From the Borderlands. Thanks to another teaser tweet in the franchise’s developer Gearbox Software, it appears that there’s a Borderlands 3 which we may be shown as early as March 28 in PAX East.
The teaser is true very mysterious, but signals pointing into the show are there. It is a cell-shaded film that states March 28, Boston MA – that will be the date and place of Pax East this season. What’s more, the cell-shaded artwork is directly from the art-style employed in Borderlands games. There is also a 3 concealed over the sign that may be an indication that the match we expect to see will be Borderlands 3.
What remains to be watch is if the match is going to probably be scheduled for a 2019 launch or afterwards. The tweet will not signify a similar art style to that which has been used in the last matches, but it remains to be seen what visual improvements will be within the new sport.
The Borderlands series of matches are fan favourites due to their witty writing, high-loot pushed action-RPG gameplay, along with the exceptional weapon modding ability. We may safely expect these attributes to reunite but the major issue is what is going to Gearbox add from the game to keep things new in 2019. We are going to have to wait until March 28 to learn.
